Who we are

Rajokiyo ("we", "us") is a Bangladeshi premium men's panjabi label operating at rajokiyo.store. We are based in Dhaka and ship across Bangladesh via Steadfast and other domestic couriers.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, phone number, delivery address (line, city, postal), and any optional email you provide. We store these to fulfil and dispatch your order, and to issue refunds or exchanges.
• Browsing data — anonymous device + page-view information (IP address, browser, referrer, the products you view) collected via cookies and the Meta Pixel for site analytics and to improve our ad targeting.
• Marketing attribution — UTM parameters and Facebook click IDs (fbclid) on ad-driven visits, stored in your browser's local storage and attached to your order so we can measure which campaigns work.
• Optional account data — if you sign in (we use email-based authentication), we store your email, hashed credentials, and your saved wishlist / past orders.

How we use it

• To process your Cash-on-Delivery order, hand it to the courier, and SMS / WhatsApp you a tracking link.
• To respond to support questions you send us by WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• To run and measure ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) so we can show panjabis to people likely to want them.
• To prevent fraud (duplicate orders, stolen card attempts, etc.).
• To send occasional newsletters — only if you explicitly subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with these processors:

• Steadfast / Pathao / Carrybee — name, phone, address, order details so they can deliver to you.
• Meta (Facebook) — hashed customer info via Conversions API for ad attribution. We do not share your phone or address with Meta.
• Cloudinary — hosts our product images. They never see your order data.
• Vercel — hosts our website. They process traffic logs only.
• Resend — delivers your order-confirmation email if you provided one.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies (so the cart and login work) and analytics cookies from the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings — the site will still work, you'll just see less personalised ads.

How long we keep it

• Order records — 7 years (Bangladesh tax retention).
• Account data — until you ask us to delete it.
• Marketing cookies — up to 90 days.
• Newsletter list — until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct or update it.
• Delete it (subject to the 7-year tax retention above).
• Stop using it for marketing.

Returns & refunds

We offer a 14-day return window on unworn pieces with original tags. Cash-on-Delivery refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer once the returned item reaches our atelier and passes inspection (typically 3–5 business days).

Children

Rajokiyo is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a banner on the site.
